    The viscous force is insufficient when the gel coating is too thin;

    The cost will increase and the drying speed will slower resulting in pileup gel to effect the quality of agglutination when the gel coating is too thin;

    Pileup gel, lack of gel or unglued after partial agglutination will arise when the gel coating is sprayed and besmeared unevenly.
